Active mold growth in attic area, between roof joists.
This is a common problem caused by bath room ceiling fan venting above ceiling area, instead of outside.
Condensation is thus created and encourages mold growth.
Condition can also be due to leaky roofs and numerous other causes.
We utilize the Tape mount and Swab culture method, to determine whether Mold is Viable (alive) or unviable (dead).
Sometimes the high heat from summer time temperatures can, kill the mold.
If , moisture problem is not rectified, The mold can come back.
